How do I place an order?

Will I receive a tracking number?

Why is my tracking information not updating?

Tracking information may take a few days to update after your order has shipped.

Sometimes packages are in transit, waiting for customs clearance, or being transferred between carriers before the next scan appears.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability, warehouse location, or fulfillment process.

If your order is shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. The remaining package should continue moving under its own tracking information.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
