    HONGKONG WECOOL TRADING LIMITED operates Gladwares Ads Connection for authorized users managing Gladwares Google Ads accounts. This notice covers the Google account and Google Ads data accessed through this connection. The Gladwares store privacy policy separately covers visitors and customers of the shopping website.

    Information we access

    After you grant the Google Ads permission, the connection may access the Google Ads accounts your Google user can administer. Depending on the task, data may include account identifiers and settings, user access and billing status, campaigns, ad groups, ads, budgets, performance reports, conversion actions, and related metadata. We use only data needed for the requested account management or analysis task. We do not ask for your Google password through this connection.

    How we use the information

    We use the data to verify account access, assess advertising readiness, prepare and analyze campaigns, and carry out account changes only when an authorized operator specifically requests them. The current official Google Ads MCP server exposes read-only tools. The Google Ads OAuth scope itself also permits account changes, so a later, separately authorized workflow may use the official Google Ads API to make those changes.

    Processing, sharing, and storage

    Google Ads data is obtained directly from Google's official API by software running on the authorized operator's computer. Relevant results are passed to Codex, which processes them within the user's OpenAI account to respond to the user's requests. Reports and OAuth credentials may be stored locally on that computer under the operator's control. The connection does not use an agency platform or another advertising data intermediary to access Google Ads.

    We do not sell Google Ads account data or share it with data brokers. We do not use Google Ads API data for unrelated advertising or profiling. Other disclosures occur only when the operator directs them or law requires them. OpenAI's handling of information submitted to Codex is governed by the terms and settings of the user's OpenAI account.

    Retention and control

    Local credentials and exported reports remain until the authorized operator removes them. Chat content is retained according to the operator's OpenAI account settings. You can revoke this application's Google access from your Google Account's third-party connections and ask us to remove local credentials and reports. Revocation prevents new access but does not itself erase copies already saved locally or in prior conversations.

    Security and changes

    We limit access to authorized personnel, keep OAuth credentials out of public pages and reports, and use Google's supported authentication and API interfaces. We will update this notice before materially changing how Google Ads data is used and seek any consent required by Google or applicable law.
